Can I give Dining a range of dates?

For instance, can I call and say "Can you see if Le Cellier is available at all between 12/5 and 12/8? Or do I have to give one specific day/

You can, but they have to check each date separately.

You definitely can. They'll check each date for you and tell you what times are available on each date. Then, you can choose which you want.
