Can I get Tonga Toast through AKL room service...

dh and I will be staying at AKL in Oct. for three nights prior to a cruise. My mom, sister and 2 kids will be staying at CR for 9 nights while my husband and I are on our cruise (aren't we lucky Anyway, on our last morning, before we leave for Tampa and our cruise (we are not meeting my family that morning), I have to have Tonga Toast! I must! I have been reading about it since AKL opened and now I will be staying there. The last time we were at Disney in Aug. we stayed at BC and we never made it. Now I will be there, have no excuses and must have my tonga toast Can I order from room service? If not, can you tell me exactly what restaurant serves it and can I make a PS so I will not miss out this time Thank you very much

Tonga toast is actually served at the Polynesian Resort at the Kona Cafe. See the menu at Deb's site:

They do have "banana stuffed french toast" on the room service menu - it is just not called "tonga toast"

I saw tongo toast listed on the menu at the rain forest cafe at animal kingdom, is this the same toast that's served at the Poly? thanks,.....goof
