Can I get the EMH bands at Guest Svs?

Okay, I've called Disney on this and haven't been able to get a good answer from them so I'm going to the experts-you! Can you get the Extra Magic Hour bands for the evenings AFTER the park has closed for the general public? For instance, MK closes at 7, but open for the EMH until 10. Can I stroll up to the entrance at 7:30, get a band (I'm staying at OKW) and walk in or do I have to get the EMH bands BEFORE the parks close to joe public?

You can come after the park closes. Just be sure to have the room key for each member in your party. As they'll all need onsite ID.

Yes -- you can enter at any time during the EMH timeframe. Just have your ID and room card with you.

Do kids need on-site IDs? Will MY room key be enough for 12 yo DD and me?
