can I get the come-back rate if I'm staying at the Dolphin?

I'll be staying at the Dolphin for a conference in April and I'd like to come back to WDW with my family in June.
Does anyone know if I'll be able to ask for the come-back rate while at the Dolphin?

I believe you have to be staying at a Disney Resort, neither the Swan or Dolphin are Disney resorts. At the moment, the comeback offer has expired and as far as anyone knows, has not been extended....yet.
