For our 20th anniv. VR next year, we were originally set on Sea Breeze Point followed by a luncheon at Ariel's.
Then I saw photos of Commander's Terrace and had my planner inquire with the GF's GM about possibly using it for our ceremony, followed by a luncheon at the Whitehall Room (outside, on the covered porch area). (Especially after seeing that Ariel's wasn't available for booking beyond September of next year, and we needed October.)
While we were waiting for a reply, our parents kind of complained about the idea of having the ceremony *and* the reception outside (Dad loves his A/C). We also found out that our consultant got permission to book us into Ariel's next October.
So those things, coupled with the whole not knowing about whether we could use the Commander's Terrace, made us just go with SBP/Ariel's.
Then I was reading Tiggerificheidi's TR and started seriously thinking about using Narcoossee's for the reception. So we asked our consultant not to cancel our request for the GF until we heard back. Unfortunately, she'd already called them and said never mind. She says if we want her to ask again, we have to be committed to using it if they say we can.
SO....I have until Tuesday to make up my mind. Given our options, can you tell me which you would choose, SBP & Ariel's or the GF Terrace & Narcoossee's? If it matters, we plan to have 11-15 guests.
