Can I get on ME without official docs?

Here is the back story, Im hoping someone can help

Our party of four is heading on the Disney Dream tomorrow (yay!).. afterwards we are heading to WDW for 5 days. We have one member of our party NOT going on the cruise, but is staying with us at AKV for our stay in Disney. This was a very last minute decision, and I just added her to our reservation and set up ME about 10 days ago. Her original flight was supposed to be Thursday, this morning she needed to reschedule for Friday. I have not received her ME documents for her original flight, and I stopped all of my incoming mail since we are leaving for the cruise tomorrow.

She is on our resort reservation, and she does have ME for when we return back to the airport. Is there any way she can just show up to the ME desk at the airport and they will allow her on? She only has one carry-on bag so she is not worried about the luggage delivery.

As long as she is listed on the reservation, like you said, it shouldn't be a problem to check-in at the ME desk.

Yep. Just explain the change and you'll be ok. They're pretty flexible.
