Can I get free dining if im not staying at a resort?

As the title says, we are staying at a hotel on ID and wondered if there was a way we could get the free dining?

During the previous free-dining promos that we have taken advantage of, it was only available to folks staying onsite at a non-discounted nightly rate.

Nope, the free dining is only offered to onsite resort guests. Unfortunately, you have to pay rack rate for the resort, but for some it's still a fantastic deal.

You can't even pay for Disney Dining unless you are staying in an onsite resort using a Magic Your Way package.

Just one more reason why we will never stay off-site.
