Can I get detailed park maps before I go?

Just wondering if I could get these before I actually got to the parks. I would love to be able to plan out a little better.

They are available at all the resorts.... if you are an onsite guest. I have also seen them at the rental car agencies as well. If you want to check them out before actually getting to WDW, you can check out www.wdwig.com or contact your hotel's Guest Services. They should be able to send you the park maps. I contacted AKL requesting a hotel map and they sent that along with the newsletter and park maps within 2 weeks!!!

Have you been to www.wdwinfo.com? They have Park Maps . I'm not sure if they're as detailed as you're looking to find. You can find more details at www.disneyworld.com. Go to Parks & More, select a park and click the button for Map. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to see the map. If you don't already have it on your computer, you should get an option to install it (it's free). * Choose the download map link to open the detailed map.

When they sent you the maps are they the ones they offer at the parks. Also did they charge you shipping.

They sent me WDW all parks guide (the booklet with all the park maps), a map of the hotel and the hotel newsletter. They did not charge shipping. When I first spoke to the AKL front desk, they said they could not do this. I asked to be transferred to Guest Relations and she had no problem. I received the packet 2 weeks later.
