I just saw that there is a "Kids Eat and Play Free" being offered during the time we are there, does this mean that I can get that on top of the 40% I got off of our room??

no sorry one discount per trip. You have to choose which one works out better for you.

No you must pick one or the other Disney doesn't allow two discounts on top of each other Have to do the math & see what is cheaper.
