Can I get an extra key?

We'll be staying in three BW villas next week. My sister & her hubby will be in a 1 BR for six nights, the four kids will be in a studio for six nights and DH and I will be in a 1 BR for seven nights. When my sister and the kids fly home, my BIL is going to stay with us the last night so that we can drive him down to Ft. Lauderdale the next morning. Because we will have the DDP for our stay, will there be a problem having him stay just the one night? He will have his own DDP for the first six nights, so I don't want to put his name on the reservation and have that duplicated. Will I be able to get him his own key for the last night or will we need to give him one of ours? Can I ask for three keys at check-in? The plan is to leave all the carry-on items in our room on departure day anyway, so an extra key would be very helpful. Will they give me one?

They won't give you a room ID without a name on it.

Just explain things when you get there. They will take care of it for you. They will figure out the best way. I have had situations along the same lines as yours and they always help us out.
