Revising our schedule and we are down to the wire! 1 week from today!

Can I get all this done in time for our FP+s on an EMH day or do I need to move some to afternoon?

This looks like a good plan. I would start with Winnie the Pooh as I think that is the slowest line. I would do lunch at CHH because you will need an ADR for Liberty Tree. Have a great time.

I tried to move FP's earlier (putting 7DMT before PP) but I cant... IF I could get an earlier PP AND a later 7DMT, do you think it would be worth it to do PP earlier then go rest (2 yr old, 4 yr old and 7 yr old)/cool off/swim and push 7DMT til the early evening?

Here is the full day if that helps at all (if we could move things around, we could come back earlier)...

On the additional FP. I know we can only get one after we use all 3 original (so after MSEP) - its only one at a time right? But we can keep getting more one at a time?

Your day looks fine and very manageable. Just note that Jungle Cruise wait times will most likely be around 30 minutes, and the Magic Carpets can vary.
Yes, you can pick up FPs one at a time after you use your original 3. We just got back last night, and the rides available for FP later in the evening can look limited when at the kiosks (and the lines in Tomorrowland and Fantasyland were long. The one by Jungle Cruise has been consistently easier to use both last year and this year.)
When you book your 4th pass, you can book it for anything on the kiosk, and then use your app to change the time and/or ride itself. After it is booked on the kiosk it DOES show up on the MDE app. This can save time at the kiosk! Also, we have found that there are more options presented to you via the app than at the actual kiosk.

Much shopping and general lollygagging also occurred that morning. We took it pretty slow and easy.

We did come back later for a few attractions and the Wishes Dessert Party.
