Can I get a RFID tic and FP + at Blizzard?

I have the old tix so can't book any FP at this point. Our first park day we were planning to go to Blizzard Beach. At that point can I change the tix to the new ones, and then book FP at the kiosks there or do I have to do it on line? I am not the most tech savvy and would prefer a CM to book our whole week's worth of Fpes at Blizzard Beach since I will know what I am looking for by then. Can they do that?

Also, I have 2 sets of tix for some of us. I have a bunch of days left over from a 10 day park hopper and days left over from a 10 day not park hopper. I figure I only want to use the parkhopper on days I hop and use the other when I don't. Over the long haul it seems like the best deal. Do I have to register each tix? I think I am going to use 1 day with the hopper option and all the other days with the non hopper. Wondering if I am registering the FP to one ticket and if I use the other one it won't register. Does that make sense?

Any ideas when you have 2 tix?

Still super confused on this one although it may encourage me to get a bit more tech savvy : )

I think you'll be able to change you tickets for RFID enabled tickets, but I never heard about FP+ kiosks in Blizzard Beach. No idea about this two tickets thing.
 
There are no FP+ kiosks at Blizzard Beach because Blizzard Beach doesn't use FP+ for any attractions.

The kiosks in the parks only allow you to book FP+ in that park that day.
 
As long as you have an MDE account and link your tickets to your account, there may be a CM at your resort who can help you book Fp+. Another option is to go to the main Fp+ Service Center in your first park and go to a kiosk that is set up for MDE. The Service Center is manned by CMs who can help you with your MDE account and Fp+.

How about if I change my tix at Blizzard Beach and then the first day I go to a regular Disney park can I book all the rest of the days then or is it still you can only book that one day, one park?

If you have an MDE account and need help linking your tickets, go to the main Fastpass+ Service Center. In MK, it is in Town Square Theater. In DHS, it is in Sid Cahuenga's. The CMs in there are Guest Relations CMs and the computers are set to MDE. They can assist you if you don't know how to schedule Fp+. Because the computers access your MDE account, they can help you with your complete Fp+ schedule.
 
I don't have an MDE account and not sure that I can. Confused how you get one? I am NOT staying on site, but my brother's family is so wanted to get it sorted as much as I can ahead of time to avoid having them wait for us.

Let me try to research that.

Anyone can have a My Disney Experience account. Your ticket and your dining reservations are to be linked to it. If you have any type of mobile device, install the My Disney Experience app. You can attempt to link your tickets to MDE after you install the app.
