Can I get a refund if I decide not to go?

If i pay my 304$ deposit and the only day available is during my finals, can I request a date change? Or if I decide I no longer want to go, can I resign and get a refund?

The deposit is nonrefundable, I would call and talk to them about the date and see what they can do for you though.

Call them and speak to them. I just registered for a class that conflicts with my current check in date and they are going to do everything in their power to bump me to a later date. I called on Friday morning and they said it will take until Monday or Tuesday to hear back from them on what they're able to do, but the deposit is definitely nonrefundable. They told me that they're more than willing to do what they can to work with school conflicts, though!
