Can I Get a Fast-Pass during morning Extra Magic hours?

If we arrive in Animal Kingdom between 8 and 9am on an Extra Magic Hours Morning, can I get a Fast Pass for Expedition Everest. In other words, If the line for this new ride is long even during Extra Magic Hours, can I get a fast pass that allows entry at whatever time after Animal Kingdom officially opens at nine.

Good question. I've personally never seen the FastPass machines (at any attractioN) operating during early entry hours.

Yup, you can. We went to AK for morning hours and "walked briskly" to EE. We got a fastpass first thing for like 9:15 or something like that. We rode it 3 times in the stand-by line then once with the fastpass, all before 9:20am! It's pretty good... and REALLY high!

Does anyone else know about Fast Past Availability during the Extra Magic morning hours - it is just offered on Expedition Everest or is it available on other very busy rides like Soarin?

I know they have the FP machines open during MGM EMH because we always wait for RnRcoaster and FP TOT.
