We once fit 17! If the 18th person can fit in the pack and play, I don't see why not!!
Also try to work the 18 people in shifts so you can just buy 9 4 day hoppers and then each set can go for two days!!

My son is small so he doesn't need much room. He can fit on the shelf in the closet. We just have to pad the floor with someone so if he falls he's safe.

Yes and they feel good. Sometimes I drive on them to wake dh up in the back because I can hear him SNORING!
