Can I find out what I have left on my tickets?

We were at WDW in 2000 and received those credit-card looking tickets, from our on-site property stay. I think that there are a couple of extra-days (water parks, etc), on them, but can't remember. Is there anyway of finding out what's left on the tickets, if anything? Maybe the Disney Store can scan? or calling WDW and giving them info off of the card/ticket (if it has any numbers, etc on them)? THANKS for any info or suggestion.

The Disney store cannot scan tickets. On your next trip to WDW take them to Guest Services, they will be able to tell you.

The only places you can have your tickets read to tell what is left is a Guest Relations, a ticket booth or your WDW resort (or a resort that has a WDW run gift shop such as those on Hotel Plaza Blvd). It is Disney policy to not read tickets over the phone for security reasons. Sorry!:(

Guest Relations can help you with this, but you need to do it at Disney. Last February Grandson lost his Hopper Ticket. I did not have the receipt with me. I called when I returned home, was told I needed to do it in person. Not to happy, it would probably be a year until I returned.

In December we decided to return with friends. I took my bag of reciepts and old tickets to Guest Relations thinking this would be hopeless.

They were wonderful went through all my tickets and listed what was left on them and issued me a new ticket for the lost ticket.

Some tickets only had water parks visits left on them. I have an AP, but purchase Hopper Tickets for the rest of the family. I have 5 Grandchildren that we take to Disney, not all at once though, so I purchase Hopper Tickets. I have a purse full of half used tickets. When DD and Grand-Daughter decided to do a quick fall visit she didn't need to purchase Park Tickets, when to my Disney Bag and pulled out 2 tickets for them.

I too have those Credit Card like tickets, Mine has Dates on them, does your's? I was told that any left days on my ticket expired.

We needed to figure this out when we visited WDW last month. They can do it at the Guest Services desk at the Disney Resorts. :)

Do you remember whether you had park hoppers with plus options or Ultimate Park Hoppers. If you had the Ultimate Park Hoppers they expired at midnight the day you checked out, so there will be nothing left. You can have them read at any Guest Relations at the parks or Guest Services at the Disney Resorts.

Would I be able to take my left-over WDW tickets to Disneyland for Guest Relations to scan and find out what is left on my tickets? Since I'm in California, I can easily stop by Dland. I'd like to purchase my WDW tickets prior to my July departure, but need to know what I have left first.

THANKS! :sunny:

DL is not conected to the WDW ATS computer system. They cannot tell you what is on the tickets.

There is no longer any way to find out in advance of arriving at WDW.
