Can I expect any rates for Feb. 2007?

I think I got dh to agree on another WDW vacation. Our last trip was in September 2005 and I was able to get the free dining plan and a great price for everything. My dd will be in Kindergarten but has a winter break in mid February and we will also have a 8 month old baby. We would like to stay at AKL when we go.

Were there any good deals for Feb. 2006? If so, when did they come out and can I expect something similar for Feb. 2007?

The only thing to consider is that early February is value season, then as you get close to mid-February it jumps up to PEAK season. If money is an issue, I would try to keep your trip around the first week or so of the month. I had a great AP rate at Pop for Feb. 2-5 for $49 a night.

Why is mid February peak season? My dd's winter break is going to start Feb. 19. I thought peak season would start in March for spring break. Is there a site that I could look at that will tell me the dates for peak season?

AP rates end 2/15 then peak season starts because colleges start spring break in Feb, the public schools in March/April. We had a great AP rate also of $49 a night for 2/3-2/8 of this year.

We received AP rates for 02/21 to 03/08 this year - No problem! I expect they will be available again in 2007.

Yes, you did have an AP rate, they were based on the Peak Season Rack Room Rates... Value season ended not AP rates... you are correct.

AP rates did not end, only value season. The AP rates were increased to flow with the PeaK Season Rack Rates.. You had the extra deep discounted rate since that is when they were messed up with the BRP rates... They offered the $49 just for a few weeks of value season...not the entire season. Regular AP value season rates were $59 & I want to say $55 if you did it 60 days prior thru the BRP.
