Can I exchange a 1 d Epcot/DHS/AK ticket for 1 d MK by paying price difference?

Hi all--
With the imminent price increase I want to buy a family member the 1d ticket today. He is unsure if he wants to do MK or Epcot with us (70% Epc/30% MK). If I purchase the 1 d Epcot ticket can we change it to a 1 d MK if needed at GS?

Yes; you'll have to pay the difference to a one-day Tiered Price ticket.

Thanks! I am probably stressing over this for nothing...since it's one ticket it looks like it will be $124 vs $105 and $114 vs $97 tomorrow but every little bit helps.

Buy the Epcot ticket now, before midnight, and hope he still chooses Epcot when at the parks. If not, you'll be paying $27 more to exchange the ticket for MK.
