Can I e-mail postcards from DW

Just wondering if you can e-mail postcards home to people from anywhere in Disney, if so, where? and does it cost?

The only places I know of are all in EPCOT. They cost nothing except your time and your epcot admission. There is the Kodak Picture labs by figment ride, MIssion Space in gift shop/game area. and IBM place in Innoventions.
