I'm getting 3 FP+ for Tomorrowland Speedway(DH, DN, and me) (DN loves this) but I never ride, I like to stand on the bridge and get a picture each year of her and DH. Can I just use the fp+ and then walk on through like I usually do? I want to keep our fp+ all the same.

That would work fine. An alternative would be to go in the exit to the bleacher area, and walk out on the bridge from there.

At any Disney attraction, anyone can walk through with everyone else and right as they get to the seater person, say "X to ride and one to leave" and they will be escorted out. Very simple.
