Again, it is a big deal if you are staying at the resort. It sucks to not be able to find a parking spot when you are paying for a room at that resort.
Keep in mind too that what you encountered is not necessarily what another guest will encounter. So while it may not have been a big deal to the CMs that day, on a different day a different guest could well get a different response.
Well said, I was thinking the same thing. How busy a park and or resort is on any given day/season varies. We go during the value season and have never had a problem with having to tour the parking lot looking for a place to park. I am sure there are times when the resort is packed and the lot is closed to all except paying guests.
