I have never been to beaches and cream, but planning to try this trip. Can I park there and after eating go over to Epcot and leave my car there? Don't want to be towed or anything, but makes sense if it is in walking distance.
It is possible to valet park at the Beach Club and then leave your car for the day. We have done this many times and been completely honest about what we were going to do. Once we were stopped at the guard shake and asked if we were trying to go to Epcot for the Food and Wine festival. We weren't (we were going to Beaches and Cream for lunch) but they told us the options for going to Epcot at that time were to park accross the street (I didn't even know there was a parking lot accross the street) or valet park.
I think 'across the street' means across the street from the Boardwalk Inn/Villas. Isn't there a lot over there for people visiting the restaurants and clubs, and just enjoying boardwalk entertainment?

Yes - I was aware of that lot - but the security guy pointed accross the street from the Beach Club guard shack. I was surprised but since we were going to valet anyway (DDE and DVC so it only cost the tip) I didn't ask any further
Unfortunately, you are not supposed to park at a resort you are not staying at to visit a theme park. You can dine there, but then you really are supposed to move your car.
