Can I do this with my park tickets?

I purchased a MYW pkg for 7 nights, but only bought 1 day park passes for 1 adult & 2 children. (Me and DS7 have annual passes) This trip my DD3 is old enough to need a ticket, so I was going to let her use our 1 day passes.

I started thinking about how I'd be wasting an adult pass for a child's admission, and wondered if I could trade in all (3) 1-day tickets toward the purchase of a multi-day pass for DD3?

I was thinking that if they gave me face value for the tickets, I could get her a 3 or 4 day pass and maybe add on the water parks for not much more out of my pocket.

Will they let me do this? If not, do you have any suggestions to maximize a ticket for DD3 without it costing a lot more?

You can only use one pass to upgrade to more days. You cannot apply multiple passes towards the purchase of a single new pass.

You could upgrade your DD3's 1-day pass to the number of days that she needs. The remaining 1-day passes will not expire, so you could save them for a future trip. They can be upgraded to the number of days that you need later. You can even have their value applied towards the cost of a new AP or your AP renewal.
