Can I do Palo's alone?

Hi

On our cruise in August I did not book to go to Palo's as it was just myself and my dd and I was not sure if she would join any of the clubs. Well she did and throughly enjoyed it, so I was thinking maybe next time I would book either Brunch or Dinner there for myself. Has anybody ever gone alone to Palo's? I have heard such wonderful things about it and I am thinking that it would be a shame not to even try it, even If I am alone.

What do you think?

I think it would be fine!
The server's would make you feel very comfortable and you would certainly enjoy it! Go for it!

Of course you could!!! But, why don't you check out your sail date cruise meets thread and try to coordinate brunch or dinner with other DIS'ers!!!! The more the merrier!!!

I have done it several times by myself. No Problem. You will get extra special attention ( I am sure of that )

I've gone to the brunch alone several times. I felt like I got special attention. The brunch is not to be missed!

Definitely go by yourself! They will go out of their way to make sure that you have a great time. This is true of the night time adult activities too.
My husband and I linked up with a single DISer to go to Palo once, and we all had a blast, so good luck if you follow that suggestion. Also, you might hit it off with your dinner tablemates and be able to go to Palo with them.
But if you don't find someone, do not miss it...you will be glad you went, whether it was with others or alone.

I saw a person who dined alone so I think it would be fine for you. Even though he was dining alone at Palo, he looked like he really enjoyed the food and the environment.

i definitely think it would be fine...
we had brunch on the wonder and katerina was our server....she was extraordinary and went out of her way to make us feel at home....from what i observed, all the servers were like that...and it seemed that at the brunch, each table had their own server...i may be wrong, but it was very very very personal service...
so you would definitely feel special and pampered....

I cruised solo in May and dined in Palo solo...Happy to report it was great! It was like being a star that everyone just had to stop by and talk to...I met more CMs during that dinner than any other. Learned so much about the operation of Palo, waved to other DISers that I had "met" on the cruise meets board...My attention was turned outward to the goings on around me rather than the food on my plate, which was attended to very nicely for every course. WOW! What service! Don't miss it! You may be solo but decidedly not alone...
