Can I do online check in and redo seat assignments?

WE are flying US Air:
Flights were booked through travelocity
I need to know if I can check us in online and redo seat assignments since THEIR computer put a minor way in back of plane and us in front of plane.

I would call the airline direct or travelocity.

You can change your seats when you do online check in but only if there are available seats. I suggest calling or get to the airport early. They hold back some seats to be assigned at the airport on the day of travel.

Calling Travelocity/airline didsn't help they said there was nothing they could do for me at that time. I guess we'll be getting to airport early as in like 4am for a 5:35a flight.
