3 bedroom villa 2 bath full kitchen 105 per night has washer and dryer, i have been reading some threads about skyauctiuon can i beat the price i have
any feedback would be appreciated greatly

You don't give your dates...I can get a 3 bdrm, 2 bath w/washer and dryer for $86.91 for our dates in April at Cypress Pointe through Hotelkingdom. You can perhaps do even better than that (depending on your dates) by checking out Windsor Palms or Emerald Island condos.

Skyauction has some pretty good deals, but it's not easy to find 3 bdrms anymore, in my opinion. I'm also not really thrilled with the current selection of resorts on Skyauction...a couple of years ago they used to have some nicer resorts coming up, but now the pickins are slim, IMHO.

I was going to say the same thing. Hotelkingdom.com has some great deals on the 3 bedroom at Cypress Pointe. It depends on your dates. Which condo's are you looking at for the $105?

definitely go with Cypress Point - not - Westgate.

both Cypress Point and Westgate appear on skyauction.

however I would go for a 3-bedroom either at WDW (if you can afford it - very, very expensive) or HGVC - Hilton Grand Vacation Club.

there is also one Marriott - Imperial Palms that only have 3 bedrooms - very close to WDW. In the OWCM. (Orlando World Center Marriott) - very nice!!!

you might find a Marriott - remember the prices can do down 60 days before hand - but what you want might not be there then.

sometimes you can find a Marriott on skyauction - the older units - all the ones at OWCM - can be traded either through RCI or II - but on skyauction or RCI they can't be called Marriott....

so look for Imperial Palms - it is a Marriott. these don't come up often (mostly they trade through II) - but on occasion they do show up in skyauction - I think I have seem 2 over the years.

cyprus point is not offered on skyauction right now, dates are dec 10-19

Looks like Cypress Pointe Grandvillas has your dates at 134.69 a night on Hotelkingdom.com. Cypress Pointe (not Grandvilla's) has a great price of 86.91 for a 3 bedroom but only shows availability from the 11th thru 16th. I'm not familiar at all with Holiday Villa's so I'm not sure if you're getting a deal or not.......
