I'd imagine so. We stay at BLT, and when we were there in December I saw a lot of windows and balconies there and at CR all decked out for Christmas. Just don't use material that doesn't come off easily.

Yes you may. Do not use any material that would be hard to remove or may leave a residue (such as tape).

You can remove tape "stains" with fingernail polish remover. Take a small container with you and some cotton balls and you are good to go.

You can definitely decorate your window, but it seems to be less common at Deluxe resorts.

DVC asks that you not put up any decorations that can be seen from the outside of the villa. And no tape or tacks.

We use small Command Strips to hang stuff in the window. They work really well and leave no residue. I can't speak to Deluxe but just for the ones who may be wondering about Value resorts, you can certainly decorate the window.
