Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a while because I "fell off the bandwagon" and haven't really been dieting the last month or so. But, I'm back on track and have lost 8lbs. since starting Atkins again the Monday after Easter. I have 22lbs. to go to reach my goal weight of 145. I'm trying to do this by the time we go to WDW for our big family reunion trip in August, because I don't want to be the "fat girl" in all of the trip photos. I need all the help and support I can get, as I don't like a lot of the foods allowed on either SB or Atkins, and I'm so tempted to cheat! I'm not a big meat or veggie eater, and the only fruits that I like are bananas and watermelons. Sooooo, can I come back for some help and encouragement, please???
