Can I "close" AK and still make it to Epcot for Harmonious?

I'm planning to be at Animal Kingdom and jump in line for Flight of Passage right before close (say 15 min.) Currently, it says the closing time for AK is 7:00 p.m. on that date. Would I still be able to ride FoP, get my car (we're driving), drive over to Epcot, and get into Epcot in time to see Harmonious? FWIW, I'd probably want to watch from near the Japan pavilion if I could get there, though I'm not sure I could (both due to time and due to crowds).
