My DH is going on a business trip where the travel agency put all 5 of them on the same ressie. Can I check only him in and have the others do themselves whenever they can? Or does everyone in the ressie have to be checked in at the same time?

TIA!

I would just have the first person check everyone in to assure the best boarding position. Then each person can print their own boarding pass when they actually do go online to check in.

IF all on the same reservation number, why not just click everyone and check them all in??? If you dont like them and want them to get bad boarding passes, sure I guess you can check in just him.:lmao:

I believe it depends on how the reservation was made. Since SW boarding is very dependent on individual places I believe that you need to check each person in indivually. You should have a unique confirmation # for each person. I could be wrong but that is how I have had to do it in the past but its been a few months.

If everyone is on the same confirmation #, then when you go to check in, just check his name only.
