Can I check in for 2 rooms?

We are doing a spilt stay at AKV and BCV over new years week. We will be at AKV for Dec 30th,31st and 1st. I was wondering if I could check my parents in which won't be there until 2:00pm or so. We will obviously be there earier. I am the member, can I check them into there room when I get there around 9:00am? I just don't want to get stuck being really far away from there room. I know rooms are alreadys assigned but I don't want there room being giving away to someone else. I know that does happen somtimes.

Yes - if your name is also on your parent's reservation. No if it isn't. If you are on the Dining Plan, adding your name to their reservation could be a problem.

I don't know if MS can link two separate reservations - wouldn't hurt to ask, though. Assume you already have a request on each reservation to be near to the other. If not, ask MS to add that as well. Then keep other requests to a bare minimum - no other requests would be best. All the resorts will be at maximum capacity, so getting villas near each other could be a challenge!

You can check in if your name is on the reservation and you can do so without listing your name IN the room while you do so. I've done this several times. You could also get their keys or set it up where they can get them later. If they want charging, you'll need to leave a CC but they can go back later and change which card if they want.

Ok now, So I can call and put the room I have in my Dads name in my name and have MY room in my name also? That sounds easy. We are not on the DDP so that should case any problem, What exactly do I tell MS when I call? Thanks for the help.
