Can I change the resort on a BB offer?

I have a bounceback offer booked, but now I'm waffling on the resort. Booked the VWL 1BR, but think we'd prefer BLT (they didn't have a 1BR, but they did have a studio when I originally booked). We've been at both and the kids prefer the pool area at BLT. Can I call and have the resort changed and keep the BB discount?

Yes, you can! I changed a bb offer yesterday. You will be transferred to a rep that can do it. but it can be done!
