Can I cancel one day of reservation?

Can I cancel one day of reservation without cancelling the whole trip and having to rebook?

I thought about cancelling one day of our December trip [Friday} and staying two days at a value resort to save on points.

Can I do this? Or will it get all messed up?

If it's the first day or the last day of your reservation, you should be fine. I've done that without a problem in the past.

Some have reported that they were not allowed to do this (without losing the entire reservation) if the day(s) they wanted to cancel were in the middle of a reservation.

Call MS and ask to be sure
