Can I buy TiW card with my AP will call cert?

I bought APs that we'll begin using on our upcoming WDW trip and I have will call certificates for them. Can I buy a Tables in Wonderland card if all I have is the will call cert or do I need the actual AP?

You need to have the actual card in order to purchase the card now, thankfully they have made the card so much easier to purchase as it's available at the four parks and DTD.

We bought our DDE (TiW) at the same Guest Services window as we did the AP's. Bought the AP first (using a DVC discount) and then the DDE. But the CM at the window did have to process them in order - AP first, then dining card.
