Can I buy TIW at DHS?

We usually go to DTD and buy our AP and TIW the day we arrive, but we are not planning to do so this trip. Can I buy my DVC Annual Passes and my TIW at the guest services outside of DHS?

I don't know about outside, but you can inside; it's where I bought our TIW card.

You should be able to buy it any guest services location.

Yes, at Guest Services. There are Guest Services locations available both inside and outside the park. Outside at the right of the ticket windows; inside at the left of the main entrance, near Sid Cahuenga's store.
