Can I buy milk @ Cabana Bay lobby store ?

I am just wondering if Milk is available to purchase in the lobby store of Cabana Bay, We are hoping to buy some so we can have breakfast cereal in our room before hitting the park

Not in the lobby store but it might be available in the Bayliner Diner.

Yes, the Bayliner opens early and many get a nice, inexpensive breakfast there. They have cereal, bagels and bread (toasters are available with the condiments). If you just want milk, they have the little cardboard containers.

They have bigger containers too to buy for your room.
