Can I buy a Hogwarts letter in the parks?

Is there anywhere in the parks that sells a Hogwarts acceptance letter? Maybe Scribbulus? I can't remember if there was the last time we went.

Etsy is another option. Scribbulus does sell Howlers. I bought one and will use it in August to wish my son and DIL a Happy Anniversary.
