Can I bring water bottles into the parks?

I was just reading on another site that the parks frown upon bringing in any food, snacks, and water bottles.

I plan on bringing a small cooler tote with several bottles of water. Are they going to allow this?

Yes, we do this all the time.

You won't have any trouble bringing in bottled water or snacks.

We have found that what works best for my family is refillable nalgene bottles. We each carry our own - DD has been responsible for her water since she was five or six. DH doesn't like the taste of Florida water so he carries Crystal Light individual packages. We also like that the wide tops will allow you to put ice in the bottle. I'll stop at a counter service restaurant and ask for a cup of ice water to refill my bottle.

Yes, you can! Hard sided-coolers may be limited to the smaller sizes. I'm sure another DISer will know.

yes you can, you will just have to go through the check bag line at the gate for them to look through before you go in.

We take our own water in all the time so yes you can.

Some things to consider.....

bring Crystal light to "flavor up" your water.

Better yet,

why carry a cooler, or pay to store it, you can go to ANY service counter and ask for iced water and they GLADLY give it to you for FREE, so
Save Money,
Cut down on Plastic
Save your back
and ITS ICED!!!

We have used the Britta filtered water bottle in the past and just got water from the fountain.

We are staying off site and GKTW has a kitchen in all the villa's. When we arrive, we are going to the local walmart to pick up snacks and a case of water.

My soft sided cooler fits perfectly in the basket, behind the seat of my stroller. It can hold 6 tall bottles, easily.

I will be freezing a couple bottles and have a couple that are just cold. Probably throw some snack in there too.

I will be bringing the individual kool aid packets too.

With our 15 month old, we took snacks, bottles of water, and bottles of juice for him. No issues getting it in at all.

They don't frown on it. It's allowed as long as you follow the rules about glass and such.

Yes. What we do is each bring in our own water bottle, along with the crystal light or propel to go packets. Then we just refil our water bottles and dump a new flavor packet into it. it works great!
