Can I Borrow Points Twice?

We are planning a Disney Cruise and a stay at Disney. I am going to book the cruise first on points and will be borrowing part of my 2015 points. Can I then borrow points from 2015 again a couple of months later to book a room at Disney?

Yes, while borrowing is a final and (usually) irreversible transaction, members may borrow from the following Use Year as long as they have points remaining to borrow.

In addition, members may purchase up to 24 One-Time-Use-Points once each Use Year in order to complete a reservation made within 7 months. The cost is $15 per point for that service.

Thanks doc! Question...Will we run into any issues if we book home resort arounnd 11 months on borrowed points and then want to switch to another resort at the 7 month window?

No issues other than borrowed points retain the year that they are borrowed into. So if you switch to another resort that costs less points they will become that years' points and can't be banked into the next year should you have to cancel.
