Can I book an ADR for someone else?

Assuming I have their reservation #, can I book an ADR for someone else? In their name, but my credit card? I would like to surprise a family we are going with.

Yes, you can. All you need is a phone number, name, address, and party size. Credit Cards are not required for most ADRs (I think CRT is the exception).
