Can I be in system by 4/27?

I just purchased a VWL 100 point contract through The Timeshare Store. I passed ROFR on 3/19 and was told that I should receive closing paperwork in about 28 days.

My question is: I have a quick trip down to WDW on 4/27-5/1 and was hoping to be in the system in order to buy the discounted AP for my trip. Do you think that there is anyway I can be closed and in the system by then?

Thanks for any guidance.....I'm ready to take advantage of my membership!!!

i found out i passed ROFR on 2/22
closed 3/21 (last week)
i am still waiting to be in disney's system to make a reservation because i too have a trip planned for 4/27 - 5/2

We passed ROFR around 12/7, were in the system 1/25/07. We closed on Friday and were in the following Thursday. I did call every day to see if we were in because we bought a loaded contract and had to use 318 pts by 6/1 so I wanted to get that booked asap. Good luck and Welcome Home!

It's possible, but you will not have your membership card by that time.

You will need your membership card and a photo ID to buy the discount AP or PAP.

Plan to stop by the Sales Center at SSR when you arrive. If you are in the DVC computer system at that time, they can print you a temporary membership card. That will allow you to purchase the discounted pass and also qualify you to get some of the other discounts (such as those on meals & free valet parking, for example).
