Can I be comfortable with Ticketmania?

Hi,
Want to buy my tickets in advance for my October trip. I've seen Ticketmania suggested on Mousesavers. Has anyone used them for park tickets before? Their prices did seem to be the best I've found yet but I'm always a little leary about making first time purchases with someone I've never used before. Can I have faith in Ticketmania or should I just go directly through WDW?? Any advice from DIS'ers would be hugely appreiciated as always......

Hi, We used ticketmania on our last trip. We chose the deliver to your resort option. Our tickets were waiting on us when we arrived. They also included a photocopy of our tickets (you need this if you lose your tickets to be able to get them reissued). Plus, they included a huge welcome package with discounts for just about every resturant in Orlando. I was impressed with their service & I would use them again. Sbella

I had the same concerns. But after reading posts here, I purchased our tickets through them for our October trip, I received them very quickly in the mail!! Of course, now the hard part is the wait....

I have also used them for at least three years. They are wonderful to deal with and get your tickets to you pronto. I seem to make some kind of stupid mistake every year and they always clear it up for me. You will not be dissapointed.

Fantastic!! Thanks so much you guys. I feel much better using them now. Oh boy!! This is great. Booking everything myself for the first time instead of going through my travel agent. Couldn't have done it without the DIS!!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Ticketmania. I had ordered tickets online and was told that they would be waiting for me at the DOLPHIN upon check-in which was around 5pm for me. I was only in WDW for 4 nights so I wanted to make sure I was able to use the tickets right away that first night. WELL ..... Upon check-in the tickets WERE NOT THERE!!! I immediately called and was told that since I didn't call them before the end of business hours they assumed I hadn't checked in yet!!?? I lost a WHOLE DAY in the parks.!! I had to buy tickets at the gate and was out an extra $100.00 (2 people).

I will say that they did re-imburse me the price for the tickets I paid out-of-pocket due to their error, but it was a terrible way to start our vacation.

I just used them for the first time this year. I was able to save mucho $ with the service and I couldn't be happier with the result. I bought my tix and within a week they arrived with no problem.(I chose to have them mail the tickets to me) I highly recommend them for your upcoming trip.

We bought our tickets for this trip from Ticketmania through the Mousesaver's link. We got them in the mail right away. Now we just can't wait until next week to get to use them

We ordered from ticketmania through the mousesavers newsletter link. It was by far the cheapest for the number of days we wanted (8). They sent me an email confirmation when I ordered, another when the order was shipped. After several days, I still hadn't received the tickets, so I sent them an email by replying to the message they sent me about the tickets having been shipped. This was on a Friday night, so I wasn't really expecting anything at least until Monday. First thing Saturday morning I had an email from Andrew at ticketmania telling me that he checked and learned that my mail carrier had tried to deliver and couldn't (no idea why) and so the tickets were at the post office. Supposedly the P.O. left me notification, but I never got it. Long story short (okay, long story long) ticketmania's speedy reply allowed me to get my tickets and give the post office a piece of my mind. I feel very comfortable with them.

I've ordered from them a few times, but they now charge for shipping, so I started ordering from discountorlandovacation.com.

I just received the pass, today, that I ordered on the 3rd. They also photocopy the back of the pass.

I got a five day hopper, that expires, for $234.
