I've never been able to do this but have heard of some folks being successful. The only time I've ever had a credit in advance was once last year. My room only reservation was already paid in full and a couple of weeks before check-in, I was able to switch over to a better discount and instead of them crediting me back, I asked to keep the credit on my reservation which they did.

Not sure what you mean by "add credit"? Like mommyrosa2 mentioned that in certain cases if you change your reservation and have a credit remaining that is a good possibility. But if you are talking about paying more then your balance then the answer is no.

I have always been told no. We always have hundreds of Visa Rewards points. I have always had to wait until I had a charged amount to apply it to. I have never been allowed to apply any on credit in advance.

You cannot add credit like you can on a cruise. You can buy gift cards to have for your trip. You can either use those for payment or use you MB and then go to the front desk to pay before it charges to your credit card.

You can not put a credit on your room to use. Why not put a credit card on file and charge on your MB?

I know our first trip we took a lot of cash. I would go down and pay everyday.. I finally had CM tell me I could put cash on my room and at the end they could refund me whatever I didnt use. They dont do that anymore?

Every once in a while you'll find a rogue CM that will do it, but in general no.
