Can i add days to my tickets over the phone?

I went to disney this weekend and am thinking i want to add on to my days. The lady said i had 14 days--do i have to be at WDW or can i do it over the phone?

Oh, gee, I think you have to do it at WDW, I am pretty sure that was the case with the old tickets, may have changed with these new MYW tickets.

Not sure though, anyone else?

Cannot be done over the phone. They need your current ticket in hand to do it.
