Can holding points be transferred to another DVC member account?

I cannot find anything that says whether Holding Points can be or cannot be transferred. I would call MS and ask.

Holding points can be transferred. As transferred they remain holding points that must be used by end of use year and by making a reservation no more than 60 days out. This is actually a question that came up and was answered before via someone contacting MS but the thread was quite some time ago.
