can fireworks from Mk be seen from Fort W beach

Where are the fireworks at MK set off at? Is it a good view from Fort Wilderness campground?

Yes, the MK fireworks can be seen from the beach at FW. This is one of my family's favorite things to do each night. We try to get to the beach in time to see the electrical water pageant and then hang around for the MK fireworks. It is so beautiful looking out across the lake and seeing the fireworks. My children love ending the day this way.

We always take the boat ride back from MK right about fire works time. By the time we get going, they start the fire works and then we finish watching them at the beach/marina at FW. It is the best place to watch them at!
Be fore warned though....as soon as the fireworks are over with, the buses in FW are packed!

Last November we were lucky enough to time the hayride just right in order to see the fireworks from the beach! The driver headed back swamp trail to the beach and we had a great view of the fireworks. When the fireworks were over we continued on our very relaxing hayride. I don't know if all the drivers do this and it depends on the time of the fireworks. The hayrides start loading at 6:45 & 9:15 and depart when full.

Hi,

Besides the parking lot of the Contemporary Resort it's the best "free" place to watch them! We always ride our bikes up to the marina at least once during our trip to watch the fireworks their at the campground as it's so convient for us Fort Wilderness guests. I am sure this will become a family tradition for you too...

We watched the fireworks from the beach and the kids positvely
loved it! They played in the sand as they were waiting. When we were there, the fireworks went off before the Electrical Boat show. I guess it depends on the season you are there. We were there in Feb. To be sure about the boats time of arrival, I asked a cast member at the Settlement Depot. I figure they see it all the time!
