Can DVC reservation #s be used on the Disney Vacation planning site?

I am not a DVC owner but I rented points and have a reservation for this January. Can I use my confirmation # to pull up my reservation and dining reservations on the Disneyworld vacation planning website? Customer service at Disney reservations told me that I should be able to since they are able to see the reservation, but it is not working for me. I am wondering if it has to do with the system being updated or if they are mistaken. Thanks!

There are several current issues with confirmations and ADRs not showing up correctly. Hopefully Disney will fix the problem and DVC will update us on the changes to the system.

I have the exact same problem. I'm at my 180 day mark and am trying to make my dining reservations for my stay but it's not allowing me. I called and after making all of my reservations with the CM over the phone, she was unable to secure them because the system wouldn't allow her to. I then tried to put my reservation confirmation numbers into "my disney vacation" planning site, but get an error message. I know the times I want are there, but I just can't make the reservations. I could however make the reservation for the exactly 180 day mark...but nothing past. I'm staying at Kidani Village.
