Can deposit be made by check over phone?

Hi everyone, just wondering if a deposit for hotel reservation can be made by check over phone? I know I can mail in a check but, will they except it over the phone?

I don't believe they accept checks over the phone. You do have 2 weeks after you've made your reservation to make the deposit though.

They do not accept checks over the phone, however, if you have a Visa/Mastercard check card, you can use that to pay your deposit. That's what I used since I didn't want any charges on my credit card.

No checks over the phone... but you can mail one in. However, I was told that this option is not available once you get inside the 30 days prior to arrival.
