I think my Crocs are causing me to be fulling charged. Just about everything I touch leads to an electric shock. Could it be the Crocs? :confused3 Anyone else have this experience?

Aren't they plastic? If they are, that's probably it.

I definitely get more shocks when wearing the Crocs:lmao: . That material they use must conduct electricity well!

Oh yeah!!! Not plastic, but a resin composite type thing. It happens all the time if it's dry, with no humidity. Man, I've gotten some doozies while picking up the phone!!! No wonder my hair is so fly-away lately!!!!

Yes! I get zapped all of the time while wearing my crocs.

I'm so glad it's not just me. I live in Florida so it's not very dry but it happens all the time. Sometimes I even see sparks. If I touch someone in passing I shock them. Even kissing my DH and DD.

They don't conduct electricity. If they did, they wouldn't build up static electricity.

I've had the same problem this winter. You'll do better without shoes or with leather soled shoes. I was hoping the problem would be better as the weather gets warmer and the humidity increases, but if you're having the problem in Central Florida--Yikes!
