Can child still get adult quick service?

Anyone at Disney recently that can confirm if the current system still doesn't recognize a child and adult quick service meal?

Closing this, because on the Restaurant Board we go by Disney's written policies in the dining plan brochures and literature, which state specifically that guests on the children's plan must order from the children's menu at any restaurant that has one (including counter service).
